The Rosè Cider is a semi-dry apple cider infused with hibiscus and pomegranate. Delicate, fruity nose of clear, fresh apples and hints of rose petal with a refreshingly crisp finish. Perfect for warm weather, this Rosè can be enjoyed all summer long with your favorite seafood dish, garden salad, or Charcuterie...or just by itself!
Fermented at cool temperatures using a special selection of white wine yeasts to capture aromatics. Very low use of sulphur. Unfined, unfiltered. Naturally sparkling by “Pet Nat” process. 6g residual sugar. 6.5 % ABV.
